Carthage Church of the Nazarene will be conducting a Vacation Bible School beginning June 22nd named “Crocodile Dock”.  The VBS will run through June 26th and will bea each evening from 6:15pm to 9:00pm.  Every child is welcome to come and be a part of the Dock that Rocks!

What a great time we had at Ashland Plaza Church of the Nazarene.  We spent the weekend of May 17th with the church conducting a Refreshing Rain Weekend.  The assessment survey time on Saturday provided fantastic open dialogue for the church leaders to discuss their views, wishes and concerns as a group.  A lot of good thoughts and ideas came from this time. 

I taught Sunday School to the adults from my topic and theme called God Makes Sense (see my web site by the same name, here). What a great class and dicsussion.

We then had a beautiful worship time together which ended in the altars full. One young man gave his life to the Lord that day and many others sincerely reached out to God for themselves and their church. When churches pray like that all the possibilities of the future open up for them.
I want to thank, Pastor Campbell and his wonderful wife Robyn for their love and hospitality and I want to thank the church for their openness, friendship, and generosity. They are a special group and I will continue praying for them.
