About RRM

Refreshing Rain ministries was created and run by Rev. Keith A Raney. Keith is an Ordained Minister in the Church of the Nazarene with over 25 years ministerial experience as Pastor, Youth Leader, and Worship Leader. He has created and directed an inner city ministry and served on District and College Boards.

Keith also has extensive experience in business, Director of an organization in the IT industry covering the Midwest region and a staff of 140 people. He managed a budget of $2 million. He is a Microsoft Certified Engineer and an A+ certified technician.
